I've been a NASM certified trainer since 2013 specializing in holistic fitness. That means I've focused not just on exercises to get stronger but also to add flexibility, mobility and to prehabilitate (avoid) injury. I'm also certified as a Pilates instructor, Barre Instructor and Barefoot Training specialist.
Over this decade, I've taught clients and fitness classes around the world from London to New York and Rio of all ages, shapes and sizes and I have celebrated every one of them!
My approach to fitness is inclusive, encouraging and ENJOYABLE. I want you to wake up and look forward to each workout. And I want it to fit into YOUR life as something you LOVE to do.
In every workout I create, retreat I lead, or podcast episode I host, my goal is to empower women to live stronger and more confidently.
