Hi I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I've been in fitness for over a decade now and practiced everything from martial arts to barre. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with five years of experience training clients from ages 13 to 75, men and women of all abilities from around the world. I've taught classes in boutique studios in New York and most major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home.
The philosophy behind the Rio Project is one I've developed over the last seven years. I live and breathe it and I've taught my clients to do the same. Those who follow it are fit YEARS later - some fitter than me! You'll find that I'll motivate you without being too "bootcampy." I always keep your workouts fun, creative and just a little bit different. Most importantly, I've been where you are and I know how to get you further.
The Rio Project is designed to get you fitter in a way that works best for you, your body and your schedule. This four week program teaches you how to eat healthier for you and how to train better and smarter. The combination of workout videos, meal plans, personal online coaching and an online community group mean that you'll have the resources and support you need to succeed. These aren't just workout videos or generic advice made for everyone, this is a solution made FOR YOU.
Each Rio Project runs monthly and is limited in size so that you get individual atention from your coach. Once you've booked your spot, you schedule an assessment with your coach to determine your exact training schedule, meal plans and what kind of support you need. Then for the next 30 days, you'll work together to find food and workouts that work for you!
You'll master 8 different types of workouts each week (32 total) none of them longer than 30 minutes so that you can always fit them into your schedule. Total training commitment is only 3 hours each week. Each week you'll also get a custom meal plan with meal options that are based around the food you actually enjoy and have time to make.
At the end of each week, you have an online check-in with your coach to review your diet, training and ask for any additional help that you might need.
By the end of the four weeks, if you stick with your training and fully commit to your plan, you WILL BE STRONGER, FITTER and HEALTHIER. This project will challenge you but if you stick with it, you will leave feeling incredible.
