Wearbands Exercises (Supported)

 These 5 exercises are designed to work the entire body and can be done anywhere with some support - sofa, chair, bench or pole. Try them with the Wearbands or bodyweight only.

 

Suggested Workouts

Beginner
x8 - 10 reps each exercise | 2 sets with rest as needed
Intermediate
x15 reps each exercise | 3 sets with max rest of 30 seconds between sets
Advanced
x20 - 25 reps each exercise | 3 sets with minimal rest (ideally 15 to 20 seconds between sets)
