SUMMER BRAZILIAN BODY CHALLENGE!

 

You ready for that Brazilian Bootcamp reunion????

It's going to be a sweaty one! Challenge yourself for just two weeks and ten sessions to work the body brazilian style. Each session last one hour and will move through a variety of moves - some classics you might know and others you've never seen before! At the end of the two weeks, we'll assess your progress, give you some guidelines to keep training with AND celebrate with a big old caipirinha (you can make it virign if you prefer!)

CAN ANYONE DO THIS?

Yes! Any level! Guys or girls! You're all welcome to come. I will do modifications for those working through an injury (just make sure you let me know and that doctor has cleared you.) I will also work with you if you're pre or post natal. I've trained newbies to army athletes so I can work with you! 

 

WHAT DO I BRING WITH ME? 

All equipment will be provided. Just be sure to bring some water (and a mini sweat towel if you want it!) Note that we won't be working with mats but we will be on the grass  at time so if you'd prefer to have a bigger towel to lie on, bring it! Also, it is outside and there are no changing facilities, so come dressed to sweat! I'm fine with you tying a little sarong around and changing in the park but that's your decision :)
