At this gorgeous countryside location, you'll have a two-day training programme including Yoga/ Pilates, abdominal toning, boxing pad work, team circuit sessions, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and hiking. Saturday and Sunday evenings allow you to enjoy therapy treatments.


Curvebuilding Retreat at Lake Como (Italy)
Barre / Bootcamp / Beach

Staying next to the lake, you'll get a four-day training programme including barre and Curvebuilding workshops as well as the Target Fitness classics of bootcamp and yoga by candlelight  Enjoy excursions and relax time under the sunny Italian sky!

Chardét Durbin 

Chardét is a Brazilian-American personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over ten years of experience in the fitness industry. She has trained in multiple disciplines from martial arts to pilates and taught clients around the world from Rio to New York. Her sessions are light-hearted, enjoyable and always tough. You'll finish each session feeling motivated with a new outlook on living a healthier lifestyle.
