PURELY BUMS WORKOUT: A RIO PROJECT SNEAK PEEK

Less than ten minutes for this one and a whole lot of bum bum burn. We do four moves, each for about 45 seconds on one side only before switching to the next. Prepare to fatigue the muscles from the waist down! If you want to jump right in, fast forward to 60 second mark. A pillow can be helpful for the knees if you have a hard floor.
