Be sure to download everything before then to your computer! Remember that the secret to a great cardio workout (not just barre) without jumping or running is to follow these three tips:
- Fast recovery times (20 seconds or less)
- Move from a low position to high (or vice versa)
- Do moves that involve a powerful contraction and extension
