This 15 minute stretch video focuses deeply into all of the major areas of tension for most people: hips, lower back, hamstrings and shoulders. The pace is slow and there are extra tips given on form to make sure you do these stretches as effectively and safely as possible.

The Rio Plan is designed to keep you fit from home, on your schedule. Fit in 15 minutes or 60, you'll get 12 new workouts that you can combine, stack and do according to the time YOU have available. The workouts change every month but always stretches, conditioning and endurance training in 15 to 30 minute videos.
At the end of each month, you have an online check-in with your coach to review your diet, training and ask for any additional help that you might need.
By the end of your Rio Plan, you'll have mastered 12 different workouts, hundreds of exercises and know what training schedule works for you. If you stick with your training and fully commit to your plan, you WILL BE STRONGER, FITTER and HEALTHIER. The Rio Plan will challenge you but if you stick with it, you will leave feeling incredible.

Hi I'm Chardét (Char for short.) I've been in fitness for over a decade now and practiced everything from martial arts to barre. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with five years of experience training clients from ages 13 to 75, men and women of all abilities from around the world. I've taught classes in boutique studios in New York and most major gyms in London. I'm now ready to coach you in the comfort of your own home.
