Travel Workout: Stairs

Almost anywhere you go in the world, you'll be able to find a flight of stairs. And where there are stairs, there is a workout to be had! Mix up your exercises with a cardio bit, upper body and lower body to keep it interesting. Below is one of my signature sequences, use it for inspiration but make it your own!

 

THE WORKOUT 

Repeat all for x4 - x6 rounds: 

  • Exercise #1: Lateral Squat Walks 
  • Slow Jog 
  • Exercise #2: Lateral Squat Walks 
  • Slow Jog
  • Reverse Bear Crawls (option to sub Stair Sprints for more cardio)
