THE BRAZILIAN FLOW WORKOUT

This one is one of the Corpão signature workouts - it combines capoeira, pilates and toning moves from Brazilian gyms into yoga-like flows. It will challenge you in ways you never expected as you work on balance, flexibility and strength.
