Quickie Workout: Barre + Bands

There's nothing quite like the lower body burn you get from a good barre workout - all those tiny movements and loooog pulses. If you're ready for the next level of barre, try adding a mini loop band. These will go anywhere with you and add a LOT of intensity. This mini workout targets the inner thighs, outer thighs and glutes. 

 

THE WORKOUT 

Try doing x2 sets on each side for a total of x4 sets: 

  • Exercise #1: Janela in Relevé x20 reps 
  • Exercise #2: Plié stepouts x20 reps 
  • Exercise #3: Lateral Lifts x15 
  • Exercise #3: Rear Lifts x15
  • Exercise #4: Rear Pulses x10
  • REPEAT ALL ON OTHER SIDE
