Beach Workout: Total Body

 This beach workout can be done anywhere but the beach adds difficulty with the unstable surface of the sand.   

  

THE TOTAL BODY BEACH WORKOUT

Beginner: 
Multi-directional Lunges: x24 reps each side (that x8 each direction)
Bent Bear Crawls: x10 forward, x10 backwards 
Lunge Jumps: x20 reps 
Advanced Walk-outs: x4 each side (option to skip the balancing knee)

 

Intermediate to Advanced: option to repeat for second set 
Multi-directional Lunges: x45 reps each side (that x15 each direction)
Bent Bear Crawls: x20 forward, x20 backwards 
Lunge Jumps: x30 - x40 reps 
Advanced Walk-outs: x8 - x10 each side
