Barre Workout

This mini barre workout targets every muscle from the waist down. Try 15 reps of each of the five exercises in order and then switch sides. Remember to keep toes pointed at all times and core engaged (muscles tightened.)

1) Sideline Knee Tuck
2) Sideline Kick
3) Rear Kickback
4) Hamstring Curl
5) Releve Calf Rises
