Sweet Potato Smoothie Ingredients
2 medium sized sweet potatoes cut in half (skins on)
1.5 cups (360mL) almond milk
1 tbsp (20g) maple syrup
Splash of vanilla extract
Dash of Cinnamon
Equipment & Extras
- Preheat oven to 190C Fan/375F.
- Place Sweet Potatoes flesh side up/skin side down on baking tray (no oil required) and set to bake for 35 minutes. Once soft enough for you, remove from oven and leave to cool.
- Once cool, scoop out flesh from potatoes and throw in blender with remaining ingredients. Add ice if having chilled and decorate as you like!
