Healthy Sweet Snack for Work: Mojito Bliss Balls 

You know those days when you're working away and just think, "Man, I could use a drink!" Well look no further because this recipe doubles as a healthy sweet snack and a little cocktail taste without the alcohol (unless you want to add it outside of work of course!)

Mojito Bliss Balls are perfect as a healthy snack to go for work, travel or wherever your day might lead you. They also make for really yummy, plantbased sweets to have as an afternoon treat. The best part about these bliss balls is that they're easy to make and sure to impress!


Makes: 8 to 12 balls depending on size

Mojito Bliss Ball Ingredients 

  • 1 cup (150g) cashews
  • 1/2 cup (70g) sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup (75g) raisins
  • 1/2 cup (50g) coconut shredded/flakes + 1/2 cup (50g) extra for coating
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 2 handfuls fresh mint


  • 1 tsp (5mL) maple syrup (optional)
  • Lime zest (optional)

  • Food processor

  • Recipe Steps

    Combine all ingredients except for extra coconut flakes and lime zest in food processor until a nutty paste forms. (If you want a little cocktail kick, add 1 splash of rum to mixture in food processor.)

    Remove from food processor, shape into balls and roll on a plate with coconut flakes and lime zest. That's it! You can eat these immediately or pop them in the fridge for later. Aproveite this taste of tropical summer!
