This is one of those healthy sweet recipes that is really easy but makes you look super talented! It's perfect for brining as a work snack, healthy snack to go, to a picnic or as a healthy dessert option. This is a kiwi recipe you're going to want to keep on stand-by!

Kiwi Flower Ingredients  

  • 4 to 6 kiwis
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 small container coconut cream
  •

  • 1 handful mixed nuts & seeds ground (think almonds, sunflower and pecans)

  • Recipe Steps

    First, you'll want to cut your kiwis into the flower shape. Make small diagonal slits with a knife around the kiwi. Then go back in the opposite direction making slits that connect to form triangle shapes. Here is a video that shows how.

    Next, dab a big of coconut cream on top of each flower. Top with one blueberry and carefully surround that blueberry with pumpkin seeds, forming a circle. Finally, sprinkle any extra ground nuts, seeds or syrup on top to finish. Aproveite your lovely creation!
