Cardio Series

These four exercises will strengthen the lower body as well as increase your endurance. 

1. Cross Jumps (plus optional squat)

2. Fast Feet

3. Runner's Switch Jump

4. Bonus: x3 Relevé Lift and Squat Jump (jump out after x3 lifts)

 

GOOD FORM FOR THESE EXERCISES
  • Shoulders relaxed and down away from ears
  • Chest up and proud 
  • Pelvis tucked slightly forward (versus sticking bum out backwards) 
  • Land softly on feet
