RIO PROJECT WEEK 3: ADVANCED

These are your 8 mini workouts for the week! Together, they help improve overall strength, balance and flexibility. Ideally, you'll want to follow them as specified in your custom calendar but you can change as needed. All videos are listed in alphabetical order.
