Pull-downs (Lateral + Vertical)

Targets: Shoulders + Back 

 

BEAST BAND WALK

Targets: Entire body

 

GLUTE BANDS COMBO

Targets: Glutes + Outer Thighs

 

BENÇÃO KICKS

Targets: Quads + Glutes + Calves + Obliques & Core

 

Armada Kicks

Targets: Outer Thighs + Inner Thighs + Glutes + Core

 

Queixada Kicks

Targets: Inner Thighs + Outer Thighs + Glutes + Core
