SQUAT & TORSO RISE

Targets: Lower Body + Core + Shoulders

 

CHUTINHO + TRICEP DIP

Targets: Glutes + Triceps + Core

 

SIDE-LYING SERIES: Pulse & Circles each direction

Targets: Outer Thighs + Inner Thighs & Core

 

SINGLE-LEG PUSHUP + AB COMBO

Targets: Upper Body (Chest & Shoulders) + Core
