I've always been a sour loving lady. My fondest memories are of downing a pack of sour patch kids in one-go (that memory may or may not be from just a few months ago.) The issue I have then is that it's so hard to find healthy snacks that aren't just sweet but carry that bit of tanginess too - where are all the fit foodie sour snacks???
This is why I created these Sour Cherry Bliss Balls. This healthy snack recipe can be used for an on-the-go snack, post workout or even for when you travel. They keep for a few days in the fridge! The best part? These are very easy and just require a few ingredients!
Makes 12 to 16 balls depending on size
Prepare Time: 5 min
Ground your nuts or coconut flakes in food processor until a dust forms. Spread this "dust" on a large plate. This will be your ball coating.
Next, combine all main ingredients in a food processor until a nutty paste forms. Roll paste into small balls. Then roll and coat balls in your "dust" from previous step.
That's it. Done!! Pop them in your mouth and enjoy!
