Healthy Snack for Work | Wasabi Coconut Crunch
I first discovered this unlikely combination during a recent trip to Hawaii. I was really skeptical about how these would taste but the flavour did not dissapoint!
The wasabi gives them a kick and some fire while the roasted coconut flakes your tastebuds loads of texture. Add a bit of sweetness with the maple syrup and you have a true fit foodie lover experience!
This is a health snack for work that packs up easily, lasts for days and satisfies more than just a bar or fruit. Make a big batch on the weekend and then carry this snack with you for the office!

Wasabi Coconut Ingredients
- 2 cups (150g) roasted coconut flakes
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional)
- Mix seasoning in small bowl separately and then sprinkle over all ingredients in large bowl
- Adjust sweetness and wasabi as needed
