Celery - High fiber to speed along digestion
Pineapple - Contains the bromelain enzyme which helps to break down protein and aids in digestion
Peppermint - acts as a muscle relaxant to help with cramping and overall bloat!

- 1.5 cups coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
