Whether you overate, have a food intolerance or just have that "big feeling," this smoothie recipe is sure to help! Each ingredient serves a purpose in helping you to feel well and debloated again! 

  • Coconut Water - Hydration to stop cramping and high potassium to counteract all that extra sodium-induced bloating
  • Celery - High fiber to speed along digestion
  • Pineapple - Contains the bromelain enzyme which helps to break down protein and aids in digestion 
  • Peppermint - acts as a muscle relaxant to help with cramping and overall bloat!

Healthy Green Smoothie Ingredients 

  • 1.5 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 stalk celery washed and chopped
  • 1 handful peppermint leaves
  • Juice 1/2 lime (optional for flavor!)

Recipe Steps

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for desired "chill" effect. That's it!
