This Vegan Green Smoothie: Minty Pear & Avocado Smoothie

This is an easy smoothie recipe with nothing fancy but all the healthy goodness you need. It has MANY vitamins, minerals and fiber packed into one healthy green smoothie. As one of my 5 ingredients or less recipes, it's quick and easy and perfect as a breakfast smoothie recipe or just as a healthy plant-based snack. 

The best part about this raw vegan smoothie is that it will remind you of Mint Ice Cream BUT unlike ice cream, it will leave you feeling energized, not sluggish. It's also a great healthy vegan recipe for weight loss because it has lots of fiber to give you that full feeling. (And honestly, whether you're looking for weight loss or not, this is just ridiculously good so I highly recommend it!)

Makes: 2 servings depending on size 
Total Time: 5 minutes

Vegan Green Smoothie | Minty Pear and Avocado Smoothie

 

Main Ingredients 

  • 1 pear chopped (leave skin on for fiber)
  • 1 green apple chopped (leave skin on for fiber)
  • 1 avocado peeled and cubed
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves 
  • 1 cup of water (230mL) (technically sixth ingredient but considering it's everywhere....)
  • Optional: 4 ice cubes

  • Blender
  •  

    Steps

    Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and then serve. That's it! Quick and easy! It should keep for 2 or 3 days.
