As one of my 5 ingredients or less recipes, it's quick and easy and perfect as a breakfast smoothie recipe or just as a healthy plant-based snack.
The best part about this raw vegan smoothie is that it will remind you of Mint Ice Cream BUT unlike ice cream, it will leave you feeling energized, not sluggish. It's also a great healthy vegan recipe for weight loss because it has lots of fiber to give you that full feeling. (And honestly, whether you're looking for weight loss or not, this is just ridiculously good so I highly recommend it!)

Total Time: 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and then serve. That's it! Quick and easy! It should keep for 2 or 3 days.
