Do both of the sections from: SAMBA ON THE BARRE for your third workout. 

 

SAMBA ON THE BARRE - CHEST & BACK

Complete x12 reps of each of the three exercises PER SIDE:

  • Chest Fly
  • Back Fly
  • Rows

SAMBA ON THE BARRE - SHOULDERS & TRICEPS

Complete x12 of each of the two exercises PER SIDE:

  • Step-Out
  • Tricep Press (do this one twice even though using both sides)
