Do both of the sections from: MINI BAND THIGHS + RESISTANCE BAND THIGHS for your fourth workout. 

 

MB thighs

Complete x15 of each of the four exercises PER SIDE:

  • Janela
  • Rear Extension (option to be on forearms or palms as shown)
  • Queixada 
  • Hydron

RB THIGH COMBO

Complete x20 reps of each of the two exercises, PER leg: 

  • Diagonal Quatro Apoio Presses
  • Diagonal Quatro Apoio Lifts
