BODYWEIGHT CIRCUITS

Gentle Yoga class to stretch out the back/neck or shoulders such as: RELIEVE YOUR BACK

AND option for those who want it (do before Yin): CORE SHRED

WORKOUT DAY 6

A walk or REST DAY :)

BRAZILIAN FLOW CLASS

OR...for beginners/injuries, a gentler class such as: FLOW & ALIGN
